Thanks for all the info and your feedback. Appreciate all the insight. WRT your trucks steering did you keep the stock manual steering or go with a power steering set up or a faster steering box?
This weekend I am taking the front drum brakes off and evaluating what worn parts I have to replace there before going with the disc brake conversion. With your 3.08 rear end gears what rpm range are running at say 60-65mph with your 250?
