thumbs_up that's what I'm doin on daBus, which turns out to use the same felt channels as our trucks on the entry door and drivers window

yes, those doors are heavy assembled, but what I did to R&R one complete was find some blocks just the right height to set it on so the hinges were lined up and it wasn't much of a struggle to get them bolted up loose
