Bill, Thanks again. Used 4 small screws, two on top and two on side, just long enought to hold but not too long to hit other side. It wasn't easy but I'm happy with the result. I used a little glue to hold the end down in the door just to keep it from moving around.
Getting the glass and vent assembley in was much easier than I thought it was going to be. Took me about 1/2 hour to get it in and tightened up. My doors are off truck so I think that helped. The only problem is that the doors are about 30 pounds heavier with the glass.
