What about an older Fisher set up? They are fairly simple to work with and most of the parts are still available. I think the hardest part would be to fabricate a pair of push plates to fit your frame rails, and a bracket to mount the pump to your engine. Go to the links section and look at the personal sites pages, look for Cut's Old Trucks, He has on on a 41 ford, it looks like it belongs there.
