Not sure what you want to know because your interior is far from stock. The dash area for the radio has been modified and the two original holes have been patched. You may be able to remove the patch and do a minor repair so that you can use the original radio. Arm rest were and option, but those holes are not in the right location. Your light switch has been changed, the throttle knob and the choke knob locations have been blanked out with caps. The truck looks nice, do what you want with the radio. You can buy a 12 volt conversion with FM that will fit in the hole after you fix the dash. If you want to do a cosmetic fix, rework your door panels, that's the only distraction other than the radio hole I see.
