I agree with not giving out the name and contact for the original owner. That could result in several people calling or visiting the previous owner's family, sniffing around for other stuff, and becoming a nuisance.
That might be the true reason for not giving out the name however it gives one the suspicion that something is not on the up and up. If you just have to have an original, they are everywhere, just not in that condition. If condition is important they are somewhere and for a lot less $$$.
