I will say if you look at my 49 3100, I got it for 5k from the original owner, with all service records, and the original title, as well as some of the original tools. The truck had 56k miles on it, and had had the seat recovered, and a new fuel pump, and the owner had added some pin striping after purchase, but at the original dealer(have the receipt)
I have not looked at your pics yet, but if you click my link, take a look at this 49 and you be the judge. I did repaint the engine after a re-gasketing.
