They will physically fit in the wheelwells, the hard part will be finding 20" rims that are the correct backspace to work on it. Most, if not all, 6 lug 20" rims are intended for late model trucks, whcih have a far too deep backspace to work on the older trucks. You will also need to upgrade the brakes to handle the extra rolling mass.
