Beg to differ, I am running 20' with 45 aspect and they ride very poor. In Mich. Where they think potholes are a necessary evil for living in a state with 4 seasons,I jar my teeth every time I get the truck out.
It's not the wheel that's causing the bad ride, it's the short sidewall. Go to a taller aspect ratio sidewall, and the ride quality will improve. The wheel itself has little to no effect on the overall spring rate. Same goes for ply rating, heavier the ply rating, the stiffer the ride.
