The cars went to 5 lugs and at that point the hub caps changed also so wont' fit. I've found that all 6 lug wheel car or trucks those hub caps will interchange. There are companies today that can repop a look alike hub cap to fit ANY wheel. I have what looks to be stock 47 hub caps on 5 lug rally wheels.
