| | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 272 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 272 | I had the same problem in my 56 235... Condensation had left a "glaze" (corrosion)on the points almost impossable to see, with my eyes anyway, a trip to toe wire wheel regap at .016 and she ran.
Also are you SURE it is a 6 volt? Should be a 12volt in 57.
