| | | | Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 37 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 37 | I bought a set of steering knuckles on e-bay that said were for a 1941-46 Chevy 1/2 ton. I assumed that they were the same as a GMC for the same years. They are "close" but not the same as my existing GMC knuckles - the space between the king pin housing being narrower spaced on the original GMC's by about a 1/4". The knig pin diameter appears to be the same. The set I bought has a casting number of 562404. Does anyone know if these are the right part for a 41-46 Chevy 1/2 ton - or know what they fit. I want to re-sell them but want to provide correct information to a potential buyer. | | |
