Did I misunderstand the original question? Doesn't Limey, who lives in England, have a manifold made in the USA. This manifold has pipe taps for NPT, which is "American"...this sort of makes sense to me!
I would really be worried if my Clifford manifold was tapped for M10 X 1.5 threads.
