a few of the guys here on stovebolt, including me, went with a dropped front axle from Sid, here at droppedaxles.com
http://droppedaxles.com/simple swap out, and Sid is a grat guy to do business with.
i went with a 3 inch dropped front, and also took out 1 leaf, and in the rear i just took out 4 of the original 7 leafs, and installed some longer rear shackles.
