There is also a horn button retainer cup that goes under the bolt/washer that holds on the steering wheel. When you push down on the horn button, the retainer cup (which is grounded through the steering column) completes the ground through the horn contact and the horn beeps. If I have this wrong, I trust someone will post a correction. | | |
