The mast, booms and winch could be unbolted and removed first to lighten the load. Then lift the service body.
Or, if you don't want to take it all apart pay someone with a small crane to lift it for you. I lifted a Holmes 525 off of a junk truck using my 1956 Chevy with a 525 on it. The complete assembly will weigh about 4500#. You can set it on GOOD jack stands just like you would the truck.
