Is your 261 from a Pontiac car? If so is it bright green and will you leave it that way?

The truck will be re-painted in the spring (a nice medium/dark BLUE color, with a hint of gray - it was originaly blue). It may not look like it in the pictures but it NEEDS a paint job... Trust me...
The 261 is getting a twin carb Offenhauser intake, Fenton exhaust and various finned aluminum goodies.
The engine will be dark red - almost maroon- to offset the aluminum parts and chromed headbolt caps.
The finned aluminum intake, Wayne side cover and valve cover will ALSO be painted, with the top of the fins wiped clean and polished afterwards.
It's going to look nice!
