| | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | no real problem if you're not loading it to the max, where it's best to have the leaf lengths as designed, the excess length space between the remaining leafs above/below changes the loading .... pay attention to the pack clamps too, which will need to be smaller to be tight .... you could also get just that leaf replaced at a spring shop [both sides]
