First off, is there fuel in the tank. add a few gallons and see what happens. Next you said that it was at the paint shop,what was painted, was the gas cap and or the fuel tank vent taped off, and you said you adjusted the pedal linkage, did you remove the carb and put a rag in the intake, is it still there.
