If you don't mind using an aftermarket Corvette style MC from one of the brake kit vendors, they come in many different bore diameters, including 1 1/8". These are the MC the kit brackets are made to support. The aftermarket Corvette style MC also is ported on both sides and can be ordered for stock size fittings or for 3/8-24 fittings. The MC is about $60.
