#54641 01/08/2006 2:13 AM | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,378 Ex Hall Monitor | | Ex Hall Monitor Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,378 | I don't know if it carries over to the 235 but it says in bold caps at the start of the "tune up" section of my 216 shop manual that it's impossible to tune up an engine if the valves are not adjusted correctly. I was having problems with driveability, checked the valve adjustment, all were a little tight, reset the valves, problem went away. Just a thought.
