It's SKF brand just like the ones at NAPA. The box says it is made by or for SKF in Illinois. No mention of China on the box, but I suppose it could have been. If you've ever seen one of these things, there is no way it costs more than $1 to make one, so even at $31, there's plenty of money being made, and I'd bet nearly all of it is being made right here in the US of A.
