Denny, a limited amount of reshaping can be done by cold-bending with hydraulic jacks, chains, and leverage points. Unless you're doing a radical reshape, you probably won't have to do any heating. A 25-ton hydraulic press and some home-fabricated bending jigs just might be all you need.
