I agree with Jerry. Speedway sells Mustang II suspensions for trucks! I am under the impression that trucks are generally bigger, heavier, handle larger loads, and have to be tougher. If I were going the IFS route, I'd probably be looking for a '70's C-10 or something of a similar vintage to use as a donor vehicle.
