I'm trying to replace the turn signal components but don't have a clear idea of what components I need to buy. The truck I got was stripped out of the old stuff. Anybody know where I might be able to find a "clear" diagram or photos on how the turn signal components mount in the steering column? I've got the factory shop manual and I can't find a detailed procedure on how to replace it. I also have the factory assembly manual but those pictures don't help much either.
From what I can gather, there's the switch, mechanism assembly, cancelling plate, mount bolt, and lever. I just don't know what to buy and how they install.
