Here's another option. Parts stores are now carrying rolls of the new nickel/copper alloy lines. Will last beyond your lifetime, yet are easy to bend and flare. And costs less than Stainless. But more than the regular crap which will be rusted out on a winter daily driver in 18 months or less. (ask me how I know)
This new nickel copper stuff is what the Swedes and Germans use now on their new cars.
