The box we got was from a 1960 and we needed to fit it to our 63 (both LWB) I was once told by someone that a couple of the brackets won't line up but in reality, they all needed to be moved inwards. Not a huge deal though as it only took 20 minutes to drill out the spot welds so I could reuse the brackets. I'll just bolt them down in the correct loctions this time (truck won't be used for hauling anything) or should I weld them back in place?? All the cross members are solid with no rot at all so plenty of strong steel if welding IS required. Any and all input appreciated.
