They both will do the job. the three finger job is a better clutch. the one with all of the fingers is a diaphragm type and the three finger is a bore and beck type. I have the diaphragm type from auto zone that has lasted for a long time and I'm hard on them. the only thing that may be different is the throw out bearing there are two size's a short and a long to make the clutch work right you will needed to match it up.
