I have a '63 C 10, long bed, step side. It has 6 lug 16 inch wheels. The spare (mounted on the driver's side fwd of the rear fender) has a 5 lug 15 inch wheel. All the wheels look original to me. I was always under the impression that 1 ton trucks had the 6 lug wheels.
