I warmed up the eng (400 '67 C-10) and turned on the blower and all I got was cold air...I know the water pump is working cause the eng runs at the proper temp and you can plainly see by the gauge when the 'stat opens but for some reason there is no warm water getting to the heater core...some po put a valve on the water line going to the heater core but it turns freely like it is opening?...the temp of the line it'self is cool to the touch even when the motor is warm and the lever seems to be all the way over for heat ? it's like nothing is going to the heater core...
guess I need to pull the line to see what's up? just wondered if anybody had run into anything like this | | |
