I have done several diesel conversions i.e. chev 6.2l into dodge ram and IH 6.9 into 75 ford.TheDT466 is a great engine but physically too large to fit into anything much smaller than a 3 ton.Too long,tall,heavy,and needs a lot of cooling capacity and large tranny to take the torque.I measured it up once.To put it into a smaller truck would require very extensive surgery to sheet metal.Would be fun though.
