I can't speak about that seat, but I can tell you about parts interchange. Yes, a bunch of those parts off the '65 will work on your '63. The fenders, hood, and lots of other parts will fit on the '63. So, you have a bunch o' parts now! Of course, you could always fix up the '65 and have 2 C60's. Just sayin....
