If you are referring to the
radio noise suppressors, they are available from Jim Carter and Chevs of the 40s (at least they used to be available; now they only show
this suppressor ).
Here are instructions for installation of all the noise suppressors. (thanks again go to Keith Hardy for making this documentation available)
In the 1954 6v radio installation guide, it is suggested to run a flat ground strap for the head (from a bolt into the head, rear of the coil) to the firewall (to a bolt that hold the fender rod to the firewall).
