I do not know distance from cab to running board but I can give you the distance from top of frame to bottom of floor panel. On the front cab mounts it is 1.83 inches +.06 and on back shackle mounts from floor panel to top of frame is.76 inches +.06. This is coming straight from a factory assembly manual. This should get you in the ball park.
