Wondering if anyone could help me out. Trying to get the measurements & space between the top of the boards & the cab bottom to look even. (51 chevy short box) This is the area where the cab to running board rubber will be installed later.
Checked out the search feature and both my manuals and there is no reference to explain the distance. The brackets have off and on a lot & the space varies from back to front of cab. The brackets & cab are donor and not original to the truck I started with.
Im thinking I will have to perhaps do some shimming.
Anybody know these measurements?
