I looked for years for one. Finally found one in lower central Idaho on an old service station truck. Paid $90.00.
The only other one I ever saw was in Los Angeles, he knew what he had and was asking $600.00.
Jim Carter has an AD tire carrier that is close but no cigar. I bought one and it will work.
