Nothing specific for GMC, but white had hub caps for the Yellowstone park tour busses, that clipped to a clip plate that was held on by the 6 front wheel nuts and covered just the wheel nuts, also the rear had the same setup to hold them on but looked like a top hat that covered the axle end.
