Went looking for a quart of automotive paint for some touchup work. Went to all the big chain auto parts stores and nobody sells or mixes automotive paint. Even NAPA didn't do it. They said they could order it if I gave them a paint code, otherwise they don't even have any knowledge where or what's needed. Not that long ago when I was a teenager, who knew nothing of such things, I went to Carquest. They matched the paint, sold me all the proper paint, mixing supplies, and essentially told me what to do. What happened?
