If it helps, I have a 1951 1 ton dually. Basically, other than body parts, there is nothing on mine that matches the 1/2 tons, but quite a bit of the brake, steering, and chassis parts are compatable with the 3/4 ton. The front axle, king pins, master cylinder and wheel cylinders match for sure. To follow up on OldSub's comments, my driveline is completely open.
