if you want to save it, pack it full of grease, find a wooden dowel a size to fit in the hole snug and smack the dowel - the grease should force the bushing loose, like doing the trans pilot bushing in a flywheel .... if it's gonna be replaced it should work to cut threads into it with a bolt the right size and turn until it comes loose
