With these numbers I can go back to the shop and do some Think in. Have you ever heard of guys doing this b4. (puting these bigger fenders on these smaller trucks.)I read some other post on a different thread where they were talking about checking into this idea and cut and weld outside of smaller fender in place of the bigger opening thus getting widder fender with same profile as back opening. I guess you would want to widden your bed and tailgate too.
I measured my Donor chassis (88 1 ton) We measured the outside to outside of frt sidewalls and got @73". I'm just trying to make sure I can use this chassis b4 I pull sheatmetal off. Because it be a good trade to somebody that could use a decent driver.
Not to sound lazy about just pullin it apart and then actually setting my frt end on and see what I got. The thing is,is that I fell 32' off a roof to concrete sidewalk a year ago.I think it was that sudden stop that got me. And I'm finding it difficult to get up and down off floor.
Got a rotisserie and 2post lift on the Things I need list. Just below MONEY. I guess 1 thing at a time. Just happy I got my Health.and still able to walk well sort of.
