I think the trick to a jig saw is to keep Your work pic from vibrating try to clamp the pic between 2 2by 4s and run the saw up against the wood so You metal is not moving up and down with the saw blade worked for Me ,Pete 1952 Chevy 3100 In the Stovebolt Gallery More pix on Photobucket
