Drill a hole in the seal and screw in a big sheet metal screw. It will either push the seal out of the housing, or give you a place to grab with vise grips to pull it out. I always remove the pump, and change the torque converter support bushing, the O ring, and the pump gasket. That covers all the possible leak points, and if you don't change the bushing, the seal will fail again in just a few miles.
