I don't know about your area, but I'd call all the family owned shops- older the better, possibly, in this case. I'm sure you'll find an old timer that has no problem doing them. You might even try a farm or heavy equipment tire shop- they're used to funky stuff like tubes, split rims, etc. If you're not going to be driving this everyday, i wouldn't worry much about balancing them. All you can do is have someone put them on the machine and try it.
