First, I was warned, when I thought I wanted to install my exhaust while the cab and bed were off, that it would be better for the guys bending to be able to do the job knowing how much room they had to move the pipe.
Second, if you insist on doing it yourself see if you can buy the different bends (45,90,etc.) locally. That way you can buy extra and return those you don't need.
