Hy 48bigtrucks@work, those wheels fit just the way they are intended to, and as far as the holes in the drum are concerned, I went by the picture Perry Dean posted of his brake drum, the drum has an extension/hub bolted to it, for the wheel to mount to, it is quite common for the number of holes in the drum, or the pattern not to match the wheel bolt pattern.
