I did a few frames with POR15. I sprayed mine out doors using a NIOSH respirator. The down side is I looked like a Zebra for a few weeks where my arms got some overspray. I did top coat. I waited until the paint was slightly tacky, then sprayed an epoxy primer and finished up with a custom mixed anthracite metallic which complemented the charcoal phantom paint I had on the body. The paint is not UV stable and will eventually break down, hence the top coat requirement. POR15 has a Chassis Black that I have used on both the Jetta and Audi when I had those. It appears to work well.
