Wally's right on the oil. Saturday we had to put a fuel pump in a 230. The truck used half a tank of gas to go just a few miles. Had oil coming out the dipstick hole. Drained between 3 and 4 gallons out of the crankcase.
By all means, go with the double action pump if you're sticking with vacuum wipers. Well worth the investment.
