Pretty strange I noticed last night the flicker went away and stragely enough my hi beams indicator light doesn't work now and I know for a fact it was working when I had the flicker cause I turned it on and off after your post and it didn't seem to matter when I did but now the ind lite is gone and so is the flicker ???
