If the yoke has to be taken off with a puller, what about putting it back on, will it have to be driven on with a hammer or will it slide on easily. The question is, if you use a hammer, how hard can you hit it without damage to gears or seals or something else? I have had several of these old trucks but I have never had to do any differential work at all. I will get started on this repair in a couple of days so I'll see how it goes. thanks again for the info! slowgoer
